Whats up my old Hollywood actor friend?

Some folks have a certain worldview and will use any act or sight to justify that worldview and I do not wish to reinforce that belief or make myself a target in anyway.I guess the other side of this is you could slip into conversation, " you see that $70,000 vehicle I rolled up in?

I googled him and found a profile on exploretalent.com to be an actor.

I'm guessing you had childhood friends whose parents "moved to LA to become an actor" and whatnot).

Most importantly, the lawyer closing the loan works for the lender not you, even though they gave you a bottle of water and have a bowl of mini-candy bars in their mahogany conference room.

Seriously, can we come up with an original reason why wholesaling is so terrible, as if it is the only segment of an industry, plagued by bad actors.
