There is an active movement now to get this to the DOJ and state AG's. 

Thankyou @Paul Azad, the relationship between Monday and RSN was described as a joint venture, meaning both groups would be responsible, and actively involved, in asset management and decision making.  

It is something only you have access to unless your subscription is automatically canceled due to a payment issue.We also have never increased prices for our existing subscribers as long as their subscription is active.

Because with an HOA in tow that means your not doing it alone, you have active "partners" who will be taking care of a slew of things so think of it like training wheels. 

So i am not currently actively seeking brrrr opportunities (but if one fell into my lap, i would no complain).Likely the most sure value add in So Cal at this point are lot splits.  

Unless you do that, I would not use the LLC for any activity on this property.

We learned a lot about project based Section8 buildings, but are now actively pursing more projects like this.
