I always keep my eyes open on deals in SE florida area through contacts i have made over the last few years.

Now for further clarification it's not a license per se but like I stated in that post there are strict guidelines.

The SE's have crawled the top page and just a few other web pages, last time in december.

Charlotte, per se isn't really the big draw (except for "lower" middle class)it's the outside surrounding areas that are really taking off.your thoughts?

It's an owner-occupied (I live alone) two-family, and the second unit essentially helps to offset the mortgage rather than earn money.My background is in Finance, but not specifically real estate per se.
