I was wondering if anybody had a recommendation of a writer/editor/journalist who could make our vivid vision jump off the page or help our direct mail letters captivate with a higher response rate?

The writer seems very smart for 18 and in school for real estate therfore look at the situation, evaluate the risk and at the end of the day the decision is yours.

I’m considering hiring a professional copy-writer too and would love to hear if anyone else has.

Goals in REI are always financial...and specific.Mission statements and Visions are really cool paragraphs in your Business presentation that really don't mean much in REI other than make the writer feel good.

i’m a little confused with Biggerpockets contributors because in recent posts by Biggerpockets writers, they suggest looking for deals that generate a 12% cash on cash return.

. #1 would be a terrible idea,#2 and #3 would be OK, #4 would be risky - who knows what is going to happen in the future (certainly not some writer at Moody's making 40K/year).

One of my favorite general business concepts is how one of my favorite writers defines business strategy - "What can we do that is really freaking hard?"

Of course realtors can be wrong, along with the people that we trust & follow to get the facts and relevant information from (financial writers, economists, etc) but it's a bit of a catch 22.
