My other option that I want to explore is a business loan since I have wedding videography LLC business. 

I’m specifically interested in duplexes and/or triplexes because I am looking to house hack with my long-term girlfriend - we’re saving for our wedding.

Should I rely on guests to wheel the garbage cans out to the curb every Tues night before trash pickup and wheel the cans back into the garage every Wed after trash pickup?

I run the monthly DFW meetup the last Weds. of every month in Bedford at 7:00 location is usually Boomer Jacks or Spring Creek BBQ.
