They promise you’ll ‘get rich quick’Real estate investing and wealth building is a very long-term game that comes with a lot of risk and often requires a significant financial investment.

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

I believe it is cheaper to read all of the Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad books for that.

I miss the climate of not thinking its a get rich or easy azz MLM gig.

Get rich slow.

Buying a vacation home and thinking it brings in cash flow is a sure way to make the locals rich, as vacation rental communities are extremely seasoned at extracting wealth from visitors, perhaps especially including those who own remotely. 

There are no get rich quick schemes, and I have built a mobile home park before so understand some of the challenges of affordable housing.  

Also up more than 200% since 2019.Now the rich are still getting richer, a lot richer, to be sure.
