After year 1 we added more originators, more processors, an appraisal review analyst, a VP of capital markets. 

They said they only review categories every couple of months so I patiently waited and called again.  

While the staff at RTR do try to work with you and accessible, it's important for potential investors not to be swayed solely by glowing reviews and comments.

However, the best way to get a feel for rental rates compared to values is to review/underwrite properties in the area - only after reviewing/underwriting many will you begin to see a pattern.

Make sure any lease agreement you use complies with Arizona's landlord-tenant laws, including required disclosures (like bed bug information, for example).If you're unsure, consulting with a local real estate attorney to review the agreement can provide peace of mind and ensure you're fully protected.

Also, there are many integrations available with QuickBooks so that receipts, bills, invoices can be sent to Quickbooks or outside software to read each and automatically create the transaction and we just have to review and approve.
