It's never too late, though...I figure in 10-20 years it will be a great read.I also have a rolling calendar reminder to re-read my yearly goals every month so I don't forget about them, and forget to take action (out of sight, out of mind).

I re-read your post… I wasn’t sure what you meant by “start getting the BPO’s from lenders”… You want to get their current BPO they have on a property, because you want to write them an offer to buy?

I would re-read the fine print, perhaps bring it to a lawyer.

I reread one of my favorite BP books: Ben Leybovich’s House Hacking.

Start with your agreement, reread that, then give them a call and start talking it out.

I have reread it a couple times when I have been slacking on the savings, as motivation to remind myself the potential profits over the long term of invested savings.

I tried re-reading several times.
