Hey there, I currently live in San Antonio, TX and there is a big chance I'll be living in NYC starting next month with my partner.

Helped my clients partner up and close on the property, then signed a net lease with a SL operator.

I was curious how those of you that work with partners clearly define the roles and benefits within your entity.

@Tanner Davis If you want to pursue either a fix/flip or BRRRR strategy, it sounds like you might need to find a partner/investor that knows you well and believes enough in you as a person to invest money in a project. 

Deep down, he worries he’s not successful, confident, or attractive enough to "deserve" a beautiful partner.

Most hard money lenders will want to know about your track record - if you have no experience, partnering with someone who has a track record will likely be an easier path to approval (and likely higher leverage) than applying by yourself. 

Many of us pay hundreds a year their partner revenue is only increasing and we can't get an APP?  

I am partnering with another investor who owns 4 single family homes in that vicinity.

I have about $20k saved up there but I do have a partner who is also willing to go in 50%what are your thoughts??
