OpenPhone has been a great tool for communicating with property owners, vendors, and generic main office phone calls. 

Instead they are "flex spaces" or "offices".2.

In desperation, I even visited their office in person, only to have my concerns dismissed and another empty message taken.

I will likely be challenged to get a 1 to 1 return on adding the AC, adding an EV charger, converting a sound studio to an office, and furnishings.

In Cumberland county NC, the Sheriff office is an option and certified mail.

Especially if it has to go through the state attorney general.Also maybe someone on here knows someone at the AG's office that could try and push it threw for you.

I have aggressively been looking at houses since February of 2023 actually touring the houses talking to real estate agents, putting offers, researching financing,working with loan officers and so on. 

I truly just think this was a conservative bank/incompetent loan officer.
