Slip and falls are a leading liability concern a property owner should be aware of and snow removal is not something to cheap out on. 

In addition to my role there, we’ve partnered together to launch a real estate venture that we’re both really excited about.We’re at a bit of an impasse as we map out our first deals and could use some advice.

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

Now many will try and BRRR or rehab properties which you can force appreciation, again not another bad strategy and can lead to better returns but its more active and takes more $ to do.
