I have located the VIN numbers for each trailer and now I am looking for advice on how to get titles to these trailers. 

There would potentially be some weight issues with the 2nd+ floors of some shopping malls, depending on what the potential tenant wants to store in the upstairs unit. 

Not an attorney but it's my understanding a notice of lien must be filed prior but why not just pay it and get the issue resolved

Actually we have divested 4 of our 8 Self storage locations to get into a better LTV position versus my view of the economic world.
