I have a good grasp on financing and the types of financing but Brandon brought up a point regarding the limit of homes that can be financed. 

I think I grasp them a lot better now.

I'm not there yet, and at this rate it seems to be slipping from my grasp.

Good day, BP Community,   I've been reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and I'm still grasping the concept of Refinancing from Chapter 3 of the book.

I’ve read a couple blogs, books, and listened to tons of podcasts but still have some trouble grasping a lot of of the concepts but I’m a very practical learner and hands on experiences work better for me.

I feel like I understand the beginning steps to wholesaling (driving for dollars, direct mail marketing, etc.) and grasping how to find a buyer (find a good deal, and a buyer will come).

That is what I thought, but wanted to make sure I had a grasp on it.

You must have a good grasp of the styles and architecture of historical periods.
