A little about me: I'm an active duty Navy Diver, I grew up in Chicago, lived in HI for three years and now live on the peninsula of Washington state.

What really makes me more mad is that we lost the deal that was going to a Navy family from Cali who needed a place within 45 days or they would be living in a hotel. 

Sump pump and several french drains further helped.

I live in Mount Vernon, WA and am currently stationed (US Navy) in Whidbey Island. 

Without question, my best tenants have been military/airforce/navy and I would take them over any candidate in a heartbeat.   

English is my third language, I`m fluent in german, georgian, and speak a little bit of russian and french.

I served 4 years in the US Navy and currently work in the Hospitality industry.I have had an interest in REI for quite some time now, I purchased a program ($2,500) a couple years ago but did nothing with it as I was working two jobs and was "overwhelmed" which should have been no excuse but you live and you learn.

My buddy recently taught me about grinding your own coffee beans and using a french press, GAME CHANGER!
