I imagine that before you would use the return on the claim as seed capital, you would use it to attempt to recover your damaged investment.

No one waiting left before seeing the interior; I suspect seeing other ppl there waiting to see the interior, it planted the seed that this property may not be around for long.

Then you could use the equity for Seed Capital.

While I am not sure if hugging, kissing and agree like children with self-esteem problems is the way to improve the chances of generating more wealth through real estate...........I am positive that passionate debate, with well thought out and respectful arguments, are the seed to new ideas that we can all learn and profit from.

You can throw seed and straw down too if you want it to look like a lawn will sprout up first thing in the spring.
