I am a former travel nurse so I feel like I have always had a heart for the traveling healthcare professional since I was one :) The MTR model fit well with our goals and values and it's done so well for us. 

You'll spend a lot of time (sounds like you may have already) spinning your wheels in trying to find the right lender, whereas a solid broker can pair you up with the right fit right away and get your project moving. 

One can invest in one single thing and that's it and still fit the definition of an investor.

It really comes down to what fits your needs and experience level.

You can fit a modest but comfortable 3 bedroom 1300 sq ft home on a 30x100 lot with room for a little parking pad next to the house.

Nothing beats a custom optimized CRM to fit your needs and how you do business.I honestly feel like everyone selling CRM try really hard to make people believe they need an "out-of-the-box" system, but this truly HAS to be customized to how you manage your leads.For Lead generation we leverage GrumpyHare.

I will definitely do a trial of the app to see if it fits my needs. 

A bigger concern is someone who clearly fits the rules as they are written and intentionally acts in good faith, only to have the IRS comb through their time logs and arbitrarily finds some of those time entries invalid and/or inflated.
