I saw this site and was so excited to be able to create a team of people to connect with for Real Estate!!!

I’m currently working towards getting my real estate license with a focus on helping investors buy 2-3 properties a month.

Depending on the type of commercial you want to get into my suggestion is to go work for a company that does commercial real estate as learning from people who do it and getting paid at the same time is not a bad strategy 

What real estate tax saving strategies have you utilized with other clients?

If you are able to actively use the funds I would say start a real estate marketing company with it. 

When it comes to getting loans, which is pretty important for real estate investors, simple "mistakes" can make it so that you either don't qualify or you may qualify but with a higher interest rate or higher loan fees.

Land is probably the most difficult type of real estate to successfully wholesale.  

Don’t forget to network and educate yourself through podcasts and local real estate groups.
