For all they know, you have an empire you are running and this is just another task of your many for the day.

It's been one of the best sources of information and inspiration out there for real estate investing as far as I'm concerned.I've recently started listening again, and it feels like the recent episodes are a lot more focused on how successful Brandon and David are and how they're focusing on building their empires even more.

What empire are you building?

Need a recommendation for a residential eviction lawyer in the inland empire area.

Does anyone know or recommend any good property managers investors in the inland empire?

@Edward Caballero you and I know each other, and you know I'm a land broker, but I don't think you know I have a wholesaling company, too, that focuses on Texas and the Inland Empire. 

@Eric Doe I think Texas is going to be a great place to stay and build your empire...about 100,000 people from California alone are flowing in each year.Check out and research STRs more, it's the best RE path I've ever seen.....this forum is an incredible resource....

Some say to burn the bridges so you can't look back, but for me, having a W2 income can launch and fund your real estate empire much faster than you would be able to otherwise.Your job can also be real estate related.
