Asset growth rates, rent growth rates in these markets far outpace the middle of the country, and its not even close.

@Rajagopalarao Paidi  some areas of the country it is perfectly normal for foundation issues given the soil types and building techniques of the time.

Here are a few thoughts of mine, based on your situation: DFW Market: Overall, the DFW area remains one of the strongest real estate markets in the country.
