My great grandparents kept cash in all sorts of places and after one of them passed we also found their wedding ring in a hiding place.  

Ultimately, there's no point in the wholesaler trying to hide what price they have the property under contract for because it's going to come out at some point. 

You will be better off with one that is willing to tell the truth, and not try to hide reality. 

Seeing the land agent and the marks coming on the scene, the guy hiding in the brush would turn a valve, and instant spring!

It could also mean that they're hiding things.  

its hair on fire... prep a deed  get it signed and notarized have my secretary run it to the recorders.. hire a courier service to hand deliver cashiers check .. talk to customer service and get a date down so we basically knew our title position.. all done in a matter of a few hours.. 

But I am curious to see if they actually repair the massively damaged foundation, or try to hide it by “finishing” the basement.

The part of Texas I am in is known for foundation issues so carpet hides the unevenness better.

@Natalie Kolodij's comment is spot on:  You are asking us to help you hide a  clear and premeditated PT. 

If the answer is yes, then you are deliberately trying to mislead the state by hiding behind a trust.
