All 9 kids are very close siblings and are fairly well-to-do, but they don't want to pay 6-figures+ in taxes if there are legal ways around it.Some other things to consider:- In total, there are 9 people to distribute the land between.- One of the 9 siblings still farms, and intends to do so for ~six more years.

If you have an evictable offense, put it back on the tenant to step up they're game and get the sibling out as opposed to their likely lame attempt of asking them.

I've seen how parents and siblings can't afford to send kids to college or the kids are already in college, can't afford to pay and drop out.Maybe, people who say they would be miserable with a lot of money are thinking about only their self rather than thinking about the people they could help.
