House hack a 4-plex with a co-signer.

I went to 2 property management companies which both said that the rents were to cheap in that area and they wouldn't handle the property (an 8-plex). 

But we just pre qualified a newbie investor with just 15% down on a DSCR four plex!?

You can try buying ten SFRs or buy a 50-plex - the work is almost the same - but the rewards are much bigger.
