Also know that upon sale sometimes the presence of more water meters increases value.Curious to understand the forum's opinion on the best water meter configuration given costs OR if it’s just not worth it and I should leave the one master meter and stick with RUBS on all 4 units.

I can understand how a wholesaler would find some deals (I've heard some podcasts about that, essentially they're hitting the pavement) but I wonder how "investors" and "realtors" find properties if they are not using MLS/Zillow/Redfin?

As I understand, landlords there cannot charge application fees, security deposits and evictions are VERY challenging.Have communicated with several PMCs and investors in Ohio market and not aware of any real differences from Michigan.
