It is a 3 bed 2 bath house right behind the construction of a large basketball stadium.

I was a member of the Long Beach State mens basketball team for 3 amazing years as a walk on where I learned how to work very hard for something that I really really wanted.

However, with a college campus (Youngstown State University or YSU), with 87% of students living off campus, the Covelli Centre (concert, hockey, basketball, convention center), Vallourec Steel, Eastwood Mall (largest mall complex in the US by land ownership), Covelli Enterprise and the Debartlo Corporation to name a few items - this area has turned into an almost secret community; left unaffected by the growth of elsewhere.

If my basketball journey ends up taking me overseas to play professionally, I question what my REI career would look like.

I've actually never used 'scripts'  but I don't discount them as being good 'game plans' or the idea of them as a guidelineBBall players like Kobe Bryant or stephen curry relentlessley practiced fundamentals of basketball, shooting, drills, stretching... basically I'm trying to see best practices and see if I could hone or retweak my own.Thanks

With the innovation center and the new business school things are looking up (hopefully for the basketball team this year). there are a few great old Victorian Homes in the Fairmount area that would make great flips or Airbnb’s if it were safer or at least the perception of crime wasn’t there. 

In my free time I love to play sports like volleyball, basketball, and others to stay active.

Hi everyoneFor those keen on Detroit, though I would list some of the reasons why I am targeting Detroit Bankruptcy really helped city start overSince the current mayor (Michael Duggan) was elected, Detroit has had a major turnaroundDemolished 3-5,000 houses per yearThe city has attracted lots of new businesses downtownPurchased $20 billion of real estate2016, 100,000 new jobs createdPistons basketball team brought downtownLast few markets in the country where you can still buy inexpensive real estate$40-50,000 properties renting for $850Nowhere near the peakIn suburbs of Detroit, home values are back to where they were in 2005-2006Can still get homes at $70,000 that will appraise at $100,000The city of Detroit has targeted 15-20 different parts of the city where they want to go in and clean-up and improve property values.

I will say that I was a preferred walk-on for the basketball team, so that helped me ignore the tuition cost, but stupid is still stupid.
