so I have a tenant that is 2 months behind in rent now I gave enough warnings and chances and they just keep lying.

@Sid ShankarI’m going on 7 months vacancy now… my AC unit has been stolen, and I have a fine from the city of property trash, months after I gave Jordan the initial warning notice.  

The CCR’s could include exterior aesthetics then go down the road of issuing warnings, fines, eventually lien and foreclosure if you need to (if your state allows that, mine recently limited the ability of HOAs to impose fines and place liens/ foreclose).

Before pumping the company warned me that if this particular septic (made in 1964) didn't have the appropriate bottom that they could not "certify" it and that it would have to get replaced costing over 10K.

There are some warning signs you can see when they try and book (No reviews, immediately asking for a discount...), but for the most part they are pretty great.

Looks like rents are not weakening like many pundits have been warning.

We discovered that some warning signs include consistent delays, a lack of communication, poor craftsmanship, and failure to meet agreed-upon milestones.

As @Robert Ombres warned, is easy to go off thread when leaning against these topics but it all ties together, particularly with respect to “quality of life” and managed vs no growth.Robert, you are correct.
