While I can subscribe to some blogs, I'm wondering if there's been any internal discussion about a tool on the BP site to easily "star" articles for reading later. 

There are requiremements, timetables, payment structures and other things to be done( I'm don't do 203k work so I'm not too familiar with the process) but with a little work any licensed, insured GC that can finance the job till the payments roll in can do the work.Of course if you find someone that does 203 work that might be easiest...but keep in mind if you have a personal contact with a contractor that is willing to learn the process that could be another route.I know about this because there is a website that touts 203k certified contractors and they charge you to tell you what you could learn for free from Govt websites....that and a gold star insignia for your website or biz cards if I remember correctly

They are the best shining stars of affordable education, and do a good job of dealing with students of varying backgrounds and lifestyles.

Tell them you know they probably encounter a ton of "wannabees" and you want to learn to be a "rock star" not a "groupie."

On top of that, we really make our's a 5-Star experience.  

Furnished the whole place up and got 5 star accreditation.

I also think about the Pawn Stars tv show I have seen.

So far, it is a rock star program, with two exceptions, 1)theres gotta be a catch 2) I can not export the data into my other lateral programs.
