Will the recent changes to AirBNB legislation in HI affect home prices in the next few years?

They seem current with  str and ltr legislation, which seems to change on a whim.https://www.stott.com/property...

I think the difference is 4 years ago and 10 years ago there were no shortage of places for them to rent, whereas now in any semi-vacation destination LTR's only exist when the government legislates in ways that make them exist. 

We are in fairly uncertain economic environment at this point, so as @Richard Sherman says might be smarter choice to lock it down.

I've found Seattle to be a great investment market, despite the complaints about legislation & cashflow you'll see here on BP.

If this legislation passed, every American everywhere would be underwriting the insurance for rich people's beachfront property.

I think we may experiencing some growing pains and I’m uncertain about how many people we need to hire.
