so you'd think...maybe "sometimes", especially if they've got no vested interest in your business per se - when they're backed up and busy - you're business will be "overlooked"...

It seems that one of her latestest defenses is that the builder did not put "something in the home" It is just interesting to watch someone fight a legal group that I know some of the people fighting someone that is pro se.

Is it dumb for me to be considering going with a duplex as a first investment in the sense that I won't be actually making any money per se?

An area that also has an attractive environment for business investment for future job growth and low taxes and minimal tenant "friendly" laws.Overall I have the feeling that the SE region of the US is due for growth in the coming decades, but perhaps I am biased due to my relative familiarity with the region.What are your thoughts on specific areas you are interested in and why, as well as your thoughts on my methodology or other considerations in analyzing markets?
