You are spot on, I do plan to refinance with a conventional mortgage as soon as I can so I can cut down on the interest payments and shed the risk from the banks providing the LOCs. 

Hello BiggerPockets Pals, I have a little issue that I need some direction on and am hoping someone can shed some light on this.

Even the best 4 seasons trailer can't hold up as well as a park model unless you build a snow shed type over it.
