That's the number of investors who have created a membership on BiggerPockets, establishing the legitimacy of their intent to invest :). 

Also, the HOA DEMANDS payment of 150k as either a "membership fee" (for use of the country club, golf course and other amenities) or they call it a "capital investment" (the right to charge this in their bylaws and has been confirmed by our attorney) in order to own a property in the development. 

Lasty I would have paid hundreds of dollars just to talk with an attorney and yet I could spend my first hour on the phone getting advice on my entity set up for FREE BEFORE I started membership. 

Has anyone invested in the monthly membership for foreclosure.com and been successful in acquiring properties?

I do mean life time- you membership is life time. 

However, they kind of force you into a platinum membership and the upfront costs was quoted around 7k.Royal Legal Solutions - I only did an initial call with them and didn't schedule the entity setup discussion for $97.

A free membership gives you a 14-day delay, so it's really tough to get deals that way.

I personally use it to keep track of conversations and other interactions with our membership.

Appears to be a ton of requests to "have it in my city" while I understand the motivation of that, it is somewhat selfish and not BP Nation serving.The idea of the map of members is a good one, although, I can attest to the fact that at the last Summit when Josh spoke in the big room and asked how many people were from CA, almost half the room raised their hands which tells us that CA is well represented in the membership here and attendance to the last conference.With that said, I reiterate the my suggestion to hold the next Summit in Vegas for a number of reasons.
