Do you have any experience with credit card laundry machine vs. coin op?

If I remember correctly, the book went into all kinds of stuff, like buying franchises or vending machines, etc., most of which did not appeal to me.           

I have come to terms with initial houses that I was looking, though I can afford them, they would be a good worry-machines if something goes not good.

I would use the money to build a money machine of active income, since I have the time and desire to chase revenue. 

The guy is a motivational machine.

I think, he is more of a profit-making machine, either ways.I would never recommend his services and suggestions to anyone.

@Jason D.Our economy wasn’t fixed after ‘08, the FED simply cranked up the printing machines and began injecting cash into the economy giving it the fancy name “quantitative easing”.

Holding my cash for future RE deals is my main objective, and I'm not dumping my reserves into a slot machine. 

You may need to remove outlet/switch covers and run an ozone machine to try to remove the odor.There are some landlords who prefer to allow smoking and are willing to take on the associated risks.

Rent the blow in machine from a big box store (usually free with purchase of insulation)  It is easy to use and will be worth it.
