If their is less, replace it.AC Condenser units, the average composition roof, all work on about the same 20 year life span.And while replacing an item that is not worn out may not be worth the money, trying to sell a house with HVAC and a roof that is worn out will reduce your selling price and slow the sale price down because the new homeowner who is spending their last dime on down payment to get their dream home is not going to have the $8,000 to $10,000 retail needed to replace the HVAC in 3 to 5 years or another $8,000 to replace the roof in the same time frame.

I'm keeping every dime of that deposit based on what you are saying it will cost to replace all that they damaged.The window being open when cooking or showering is not really something you factor in the process and you may want to install exhaust fans when you are cleaning up the mess they left behind.
