Market timing is akin to gambling IMO.Make good fundamental choices and over the long term you will turn out to be right more than you are wrong.

Pass the buck to the next guy.If you have enough capital to survive these adventures you will probably make out fine because the fundamentals are still great.

The fundamentals are exactly the same, and I think if you can manage a few small multis, there is nothing about a 6 unit that should scare you!

There are some very good discussions from 6 - 12 months ago where the fundamentals haven't changed. 

It all comes down to long term supply and demand fundamentals.
