I was just floating the question to see if It was a random thing or if it's typical especially on the str forum.I have gotten  private messages stating both but primarily seeing if this was something I wanted to stay a part of.i have zero issues with tough responses, it's how I have grown and become successful. its the responses that treat people like crap when they get a tough response from someone that was treated like crap. there are a lot of good people on here but there are a few that act like they own the forum along with their ego lol.at any rate, thank you for responding. 

@Clay Boykin, happy to see Columbus has grown so much after being away for so many years.

I've lost many a snake to rust inside cast drains, because you can't yank that snake back out.

I've grown from 1 to 30 doors in 2 yrs using this same process on a handful of them.

Prices have gone sky high for pre-owned homes and rental hasn't grown nearly as much.

I have grown to understand that people are people and that some are going to do things that break rules but not all of them.

Isn't the interested grown on the dividends taxable with an annual 1099 statement from the insurance carrier if they are accumulating or are you using a different strategy such as paid up additions etc...Also, how are you eventually receiving the cash at the end when the growth is typically taxable upon the cancellation of the policy? 

That child has grown up and graduated college - with no debt. 

Do an apples to apples comparison, and then do what "feels" right...lol Ben,I know you are yanking my chain ... or do I need to break out the crayons ;-)That's me .... discount everything into the future - money earned and money spent next year is less valuable to me than money today. 

I've heard that they are partnering with Zillow to get their inventory built into the search function.We'll see what happens when the market turns...word is is that they have enough cash on hand to weather a multi year downturn.From the recent data I've read, the market share of these companies has peaked and not grown for a while now.
