Nothing on the listing says the house is condemned.Another house had plants so grown over that one can not even get up the pathway to the front door.

That's how many years ago we bought our own house: the agent knew a guy whose house stood empty for a couple for years because he was waiting for his grown-up daughter to move in and she never did.

Rents have already grown 23% since I started SFRs. 

I chose Columbus for these reasons:Unemployment is 3.6City and MSA Population has grown over last 5 yearsWell diversified Industry with Education being #1 and less than a quarter of the total. 

Have Sundays off to go to Church with my family.I will say this to the parents that have children still at home.. don’t wait till their grown to spend time with them. 

While Indy is the #2 Mid-West market in my opinion, behind Columbus, the population has only grown 10.5% in 19 years since 2000 according to City Data...Now, I know these numbers likely don't include the suburbs.

@Sean D Columbus is growning I've been here since 94' and I dont recognize the city anymore some builder are just building spec home because they know they are going to sell.
