While working a Full Time job as a Wells Fargo MBS Consultant (among other business ventures), I've grown my portfolio to 36 rental units.

@Jim Chuong My interest in investing real estate out-of-city has grown tremendously.

Grown-ups eventually work things out, but if you intervene, you will own the conflict and be responsible for resolving those conflicts and the subsequent failures.  

I mean my golden bit my son who kept yanking on his tail Why take the risk.. and I am sure there are lovely pitt bulls etc.. and for sure the stero type is real.. and you see it all the time in low income areas.. they get raised poorly then just let lose wondering around the neighborhoods. or I have seen them staked in the back yards in the heat and no water..

You must be yanking down cash in other businesses to supply this business.

If your starting off you need some leverage to grown and time as a favor.

Over the last decade +, certainly @Steve Babiak, @J Scott, @Jay Hinrichs … but BP has grown to such an astounding collective resource, so from that aspect @Joshua Dorkin, @Mindy Jensen, @Brandon Turner and the people behind BP Nation.  

You have over grown too quickly without the reserves to weather the storm.
