I was just floating the question to see if It was a random thing or if it's typical especially on the str forum.I have gotten  private messages stating both but primarily seeing if this was something I wanted to stay a part of.i have zero issues with tough responses, it's how I have grown and become successful. its the responses that treat people like crap when they get a tough response from someone that was treated like crap. there are a lot of good people on here but there are a few that act like they own the forum along with their ego lol.at any rate, thank you for responding.

Isn't the interested grown on the dividends taxable with an annual 1099 statement from the insurance carrier if they are accumulating or are you using a different strategy such as paid up additions etc...Also, how are you eventually receiving the cash at the end when the growth is typically taxable upon the cancellation of the policy?

I've heard that they are partnering with Zillow to get their inventory built into the search function.We'll see what happens when the market turns...word is is that they have enough cash on hand to weather a multi year downturn.From the recent data I've read, the market share of these companies has peaked and not grown for a while now.
