Later found some foundation issues which I fixed, then the water line from the main was bad, and the a brick wall had a bulge that had to be star bolted.

We have enough money to live very comfortably next to the richest movie stars, but we really enjoy living the most simple and non-materialistic life a person can live.We live in a commercial building at out plumbing company with concrete floors, raised two children in this building  who now go to college and we own zero furniture.

Greek and foreign buying houses and villas in order to rent them by the day, some they  decorated  with designers and convert them to 5 star villas .

Count your lucky stars,  you just got a gift,(an expensive nice gift too)  that you can start fresh with your own tenant. 

Once you get multiple reviews you have statistical significance and can decide based on the ratio of 1 stars to 5 stars.

I'm currently looking at All Star Management, Howard Hanna, and Avalon Escrow. 

- From there I would just say make sure the experience is 5 stars from check in to check out.

@Benjamin Curtis I'm not quite the rock star @Paul Sandhu is referring to, but I managed four VRs (three in GB/PF) from my iPhone while working 70-80 hours/week on television sets in Los Angeles.  

If probate lawyers are a potential source for someone like myself to get things going and stabilizing lead sources why would you suggest not pursuing these leads until the stars align and I have years/deals of experience?

The ultimate big money beneficiary would be upper level employees and members of the Board of Directors of ROC, as the four and five star communities were forced to sell through a process normally controlled by ROC in which ROC and their upper level people would reap huge bonanzas.A few of us in the industry are aware of this and are working to quash their effort, but there are many others in the industry still asleep or being bought off to ignore or even promote this effort.
