Is there a company that helps you check out a tenant using his driver's license, if you don't have the SSN?

Could use mail showing your address, copy of a driver's license, etc.

They're trying to expand Highway 59 southwest of Sugar Land to accommodate more drivers in the Rosenberg/Richmond area, where more people have migrated to due to Sugar Land becoming more saturated and expensive. 

I work as an airport shuttle driver.

If so, can you become an uBer or Lyft driver so the car pays for itself? 

Some have even boasted the only thing they need is a drivers license. 

So i'm a little frustrated because i just took a three weeks RE training and i remember asking this question on the first day just to be told my answer will come, now we've finished the program yesterday and their is no clear answer.i've been told make offers ( make a lot of them), call realtors, visit potential investments just to never really have the means to purchase anything.A little about me: i've never purchased a home but a own a small fleet of cars that i rent out to drivers for car service in the NYC area. i owe about 50k on my cars, i have a little cash to play with but much. have a couple of questions:Is there anyway i can start investing in RE without having to pay cash?

I'd rather climb into the car at night, get a good night's sleep, and arrive at my destination (loser:  the hotel industry and AirBnB), or be able to work for the entire ride while my car drives itself.Of course, since "driver" is the single biggest job category in the US, our economy will nose-dive when autonomous vehicles take over . . .

I think it would be interested to point out the demographics, reasons people choose the city to come and live, what are the drivers behind that, urbanization and etc..
