Those "behind the walls" items really add up.People seem to like canned lights in a kitchen, but the light output from them (to me) seems shadowy, and not very much use when cooking something. 

Their cooking is a hazard to them and to your property.

Think of them as the recipe you hand to a chef to cook up your order. 

Ask yourself as you go through the process " Do I look like a Hotel".....Definitely buy your cooking stuff at a Goodwill or similar plates, glasses, silverware, Etc can cost a ton brand new and there is zero difference between new and used...it's metal and glass. 

They all self entertained but it was nice to put on a show for them to watch as we cooked dinner or as we packed up the house to leave.

Would any court expect an AirBnB host to clean after every guest as if fentanyl were present, meth were cooked in the kitchen, etc?

Do you let a sex offender with a preference for children or someone who cooks meth move in next to a family.

I for sure agree that advertising "420 friendly" would drive away families and none smokers, but isn't that the idea of having an intentional avatar and customer in mind? 

All of my LTRs are in the greater Boise area but I watch CO, OK, KS and others.

The only downside is there is a smoker next door.
