I "am" not one thing or another, or it can change from day to day, but I do have things and sometimes those things I have motivate me or influence the way I think.

A healthy job market heavily influences the R/E market, obviously.

None of these are necessarily walk away items, but should influence your projected numbers in terms of an offer and projected short and long term repair budgeting. 

And focusing on my weight and health, agree that this is a huge influencer of future health care costs.
