I'd rather climb into the car at night, get a good night's sleep, and arrive at my destination (loser:  the hotel industry and AirBnB), or be able to work for the entire ride while my car drives itself.Of course, since "driver" is the single biggest job category in the US, our economy will nose-dive when autonomous vehicles take over . . .

I think it would be interested to point out the demographics, reasons people choose the city to come and live, what are the drivers behind that, urbanization and etc..

The driver's insurance should cover you for the damage, and should cover putting things back same as they were before, which is going to take some work.

However, I haven't done a thorough analysis of their economic drivers and indicators.Anyways, I'm interested to see what experience you've had since you posted this!

Almost to a person they have been hard drivers and have entrepreneurial skills that are yet to be understood or harnessed.

What I have found is one of the biggest problems with small markets is the inaccessibility of finding a good/qualified management company.Be sure that the small market is close enough to a job driver.  

We have to have two official proofs, usually an MLGW bill and a drivers license.
