If you go this route don't forget to leave room for the transaction fee, i.e. if you want to get $20k, and the transaction fee is 3%, you will have a balance of $20,600 on your CC, so if your credit limit is 20k it will bounce.

That way if they get up and bounce on the last day of the month their deposit covers you for 30 days of vacancy to try and fill the room again.

That is why you're getting bounced.

However, when all said and done, my credit score never bounced back up.

I have not totally given up on the Parks Estate - its constantly bouncing around in the back of my mind.  

Other investors are also good to bounce numbers off of.

It may hurt jobs for a brief time in places like Houston but it should bounce back nicely.  

It will bounce and then the grout tends to crack.

Also I have been hearing that in some cases that the property prices have dipped so low in the pass that they may make an enormous bounce back soon.
