As somebody who has been fortunate enough to have a couple of really good mentors over the past ~15 years of my adult life, I can say without a doubt that there is almost nothing more valuable.With that being said, you can't really "force" finding a mentor.

I have a lovely wife (high school sweetheart) and five adult children.
