My Girlfriend and I just got a call from a Los Angeles "Code Enforcement Inspector" He left me a VM today, and also left me a Business card about a week ago and on our door steps when we where not home.Part of his voice mail was "We have a complaint that the properties been divided the two units as two different families are running or two kitchens.

They were literally so dumb that every text, voice mail and email they sent further showed they were liars and scam artists with an ever changing story.

I was blown away when I never received a response from my many e-mails, and voice message attempts to reach you directly!

I know @Julie McCoy is the voice of reason.

Don't ever leave a voice mail saying you are calling because they are in foreclosure.

In the end, you have to be crystal clear on your expectations, be direct with voicing those expectations, be diligent in making your investment decision and then you take action based on your best efforts and due diligence.  

All of these things combined show that our rights, and our votes are being so eroded that soon we will lose our voice and representation.

Definately going to get Google Voice.

You could be entering illegal territory with you municpality - so you probably need to set up a series of Google voice-numbers.Cold calling is legit - but time consuming and you need a hyper focused list.
