@Ali Boone Hi Ali, I looked up statistics for the safest cities and low unemployment rates and that is how I ended up in Broken Arrow and Round Rock.

I have done searching in the past via census data, bureau of labor statistics, and national association of realtors data.

There are statistical based cost segs providers that do not do the full report unless you get audited that are significantly cheaper, but I won't address those as I have had no clients use them.
