Sprayers are ideal for painting things like six panel doors and moldings before they are applied to the walls.

There is no controller- the antifreeze is recirculated by a  pump driven by a tiny dedicated PV panel, so the DC pump just runs whenever the sun is out. 

@Dan Ward I replaced some rotted wood on my bay window with cement board siding, and replaced the trim around the cement board panels with PVC trim.  

If you have solar, your current panels have to produce enough for your house and for the car.

One for the grid  and one for your solar panels.

We have 15 apartments and when I started one year ago I was showing them and not getting them rented.Our apartments were built in the 1970's and 1980's.Then we made some changes.When the apartment was vacant we did the following:1. new paint2. remove the old slab doors and install home depot six panel doors that were painted3. install a new vinyl plank laminate floor throughout the entire houseThose three things did the trick.The last five vacancies were rented immediately.  

How about doing a rebuild with SIPs (structured insulated panels)?

Check electrical, not just for knob & tube but also fuse boxes, FPE panels, anything less than 100A main, signs of arcing (black burns around an outlet or breaker), aluminum wiring, etc.
