There is some kind of 90 day free trial before I have to pay dues they say on their meetup.Thanks guys.

My total costs were less than $1,000, and $500 of that was just to settle one of them without admission of anything because that was cheaper than paying my lawyer another $2k to begin preps for trial. 

These offers are somewhere in the black hole that is consuming the financial world right now and the house remains empty to this day.Two weeks ago, for some strange reason I signed on for a 7 day trial of Realtytrak and saw that the house was scheduled to be auctioned on November 6th.

What works well for me may not work well for you.I recommend signing up for trial accounts on both and running then through the wringer to see if they will perform the way you want them to.

It's taken a lot of trial and error to find a PM that not only has a great rate, but high level of performance.

Trial by fire, that one.

Learned most things on my own and through trial and error and left alot of money on the table.

Maybe you can create a Meet-up group that encompasses NY and the surrounding areas, NJ, PA and test trial if people would be interested in a meeting on a monthly or even a quarterly basis.  

I'm a big believer in trial and error and learning from your mistakes.

I cancelled in 30 day trial period because i couldn't locate any area to invest.
