I have a couple of questions relative to the Physical Plant; 1.

Rough up seams on existing before tape, mud and texture to match.  

Furthermore, Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many more great things presently and coming in the future.

Intel is investing $20 billion to build chip manufacturing plants in Licking County, which is projected to create 30,000 new jobs.

Also there is a large project in the works at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant for enriching uranmium.  

If you have to pay a little higher price, this may be offset somewhat by the huge impact this area has to grow with the new additions to the Mercedes Plant in Vance Alabama.
