I smell a blog post . . .Slave driver!

A few months ago the tenant announced that he was "working as a truck driver and you won't see me much".

If you buy a car, you are not getting the previous driver's insurance with it.Send them a notice that they pick it up by whenever, otherwise you will be charging rent for the space used.

That is to your benefit and keeps you in the driver seat.  

Thus, investing in the five boroughs is out for me.As an aside, on one of my property research expeditions in the Bronx, I remember as I was getting off the bus the bus driver stopped me.

So let me toss this in here -Considering the cost to build an entire house, the foundation actually isn't the largest cost driver - not by a long shot!

These were based on many factors such as: Capital appreciation forecast, rental return estimates, and price growth drivers.

That's a driver of the value just as much as comps.

Funny that I just watched American Gangster and the head of the family was the driver and errand boy for the previous head for a 15 year period.
