Thank you to those who preach training as that and the RIGHT mindset are more effective than a cowboy packing heat. 

My only concern is do I pack up and move near that area and rent out the homes?

Bread was a few bucks and ramen I can get 10 to 12 packs for a dollar.

Packing a family of 10 in a house that should have 4 people in it.

Could be as simple as packing lunch so I can eat at work, therefor be productive and earn another paycheck.

From my narrow point of view of Ventura County millennials that aren't in tech or a liberal waitress, any young person with a good head on their shoulders will be packing up and leaving soon. 

I understand that the marketing of any business is the sizzle, but often times it's just too hard to find the steak with BP.

If I was going to pack up and move into the unknown - without thinking about budget - I would personally consider Hawaii, Colorado, Montana, Florida, Texas, in no particular order.

Then, if that book sells well, they repackage the entire thing and sell a new book with 95% of the original information, packed with 1% new and 4% referencing the original book.
