I am so thankful for the honesty and willingness of everyone on BP, to share there knowledge and experience in REI.Over the last several years , my wife and I have been have been  living frugally and saving every penny to pay off over 12 years of combined student loans.

To be honest, I dismissed the need for this for my company as I wasn't a "big fish".

This is my first dive into the commercial side and to be quite honest I had no intention to be moving this direction after only 3 residential SFH under my belt but the more I look into it the better it sounds.The property I'm looking at has 5 retail units totaling 6418 sqft.

I'm trying to set up my LLC, and to be honest I keep reading and reading in differents sites and I think i am getting more confused.

To be honest i just want the answers to:What should i do immediately after high school What can i do to better understand flippingHow can i find internship this youngAnd lastly when should i start investing

The honesty appeals to me and I'd like to go this route but not sure how people would react.

Worse, if I just take orders and do what they want without providing guidance and they don't get the property because of my lack of honesty, what good am I?

To be honest, I am not  committed to the wholesale genre just yet per se--my preference could change as I learn more.

Just blunt honesty here, nothing else. 

In all honesty, all of these questions have been hit on plenty before by experts in the field, so I recommend you do a little digging on your own just by searching the forums.
