In many states, the licensing authority is the same authority that licenses mortgage lenders and their examiners are going crazy trying to wade through the differences themselves.

Hey @Chris Loker, I just finished my classes at Hondros and am planning on taking the exam in a couple of weeks.

My nerves are too bad to deal with someone picky like this and I know my unit is move in ready.  

I define "estimate" as examining a project for the purpose of submitting a proposal for a clearly defined scope of work.
